I can’t say enough great things about this family owned company. Yesterday, through no fault of their own, they experienced delays in delivery. They emailed notifying everyone, however, I needed my clothes for a photo shoot the next morning. I called after hours. Not only did they day pick up the phone, they promptly delivered my clothes within the hour. The person delivering was so nice, despite being out late. I’ve been using them for over five years with only exceptional service. But, a true look behind the curtain is how a company treats you go when things go wrong unexpectedly.
