The worst. It’s basically just a very slow assembly line instead of a dental practice.
Today they sat my 3 year old FORTY SEVEN minutes late while we watched the hygienists and assistants stand around and talk, drink Starbucks at their work stations and do nothing to catch up on their schedule.
When the doctor comes around he barely looks in the mouth, isn’t friendly, slops on fluoride and moves to the next kid on the assembly line.
PS: I’m a hygienist so know how a practice should and shouldn’t be run.

I went to Dentistry for Children growing up and now my toddler goes here. They have always been exceptional.

I think I’ll try a different location or different practice. Awful service. We’ve been told multiple things and then the next time we go they negate what was previously told and state some new problem that may or may not exist. They also just want to gas kids. Maybe ask it differently, if they prefer a needle or gas, not ‘is laughing gas okay?’ We really have not had good experiences at this location.

This was my 3 -year-old’s very first dentist visit, and I couldn’t be more thankful for the experience. I was nervous about how it would go but from start to finish, the entire staff was amazing. The hygienist was so patient and gentle, and the doctor made us feel informed, supported, and hopeful. They handled everything with such care and professionalism. I left feeling relieved, confident in their recommendations, and truly grateful. Highly recommend!

Dr. Brian and his staff are top notch! My teen came to get a cavity filled, but Dr. Brian saw that the tooth was only very stained, so my daughter didn’t need a filling after all! He didn’t waste time or money! Thorough and great with kids of all ages!
