I had such a great experience working with Adrian that I felt the need to post a review. No surprise, I get to the reviews and see he consistently is providing all customers with top level results. He was very busy, but stopped what he was doing to personally help me and confirm we could recover what I had lost in a hard drive. He had all the tools needed and had the data in view within probably three minutes. Super nice, super helpful, super knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Probably the best small business I have visited in five years.
I took my PlayStation 5 here for power supply issues. The guy over the phone was so helpful he even gave me troubleshooting methods to try before I even brought it in. Once I got there, I spoke with Adrian.
He was so polite and knowledgeable that I cannot sing his praise loud enough. He did not interrupt me and he did not talk down to me, he listened to me and asked questions. After he diagnosed the problem, we spoke about options to fix it, and he steered me in the direction of not attempting to fix the problem and just buying a new system to save me money. he explained... read full review

I brought my laptop in because it wouldnt start up and Adrian was Fantastic, he kept me well informed through the whole process of getting it fixed, he was professional and polite and went the extra mile to explain many things so I'd be more comfortable with the service. This is the only place I will ever bring my computers and I'd give 6 stars if I could.
