“I just wanted to give a quick shoutout to everyone at Sweetwater Veterinary Hospital in Palmetto. My sweet girl couldn’t hold down a meal for several days after a wilding adventure and I was starting to panic. I went to Chatty first, because like most, I need somewhere that is going to be good for my baby but also kind to my wallet. I came across several posts that mentioned Sweetwater. Before arriving, I let them know that my girl was extra anxious; perfect, because of the vomiting she needed to come in the side door. Guys, from the moment we walked in (or really, the initial phone call), they were absolutely AMAZING! They were so patient with my oversized ball of anxiety, even recognizing that a different tech may be better at one point because Lolli couldn’t settle at all. Because of a few emergencies, we ended up seeing three different vets and multiple techs, which would usually be mildly concerning in general (continuity in plan of care, information sharing, financial decisions, etc) but for an anxious girl (seriously, she’s a nail biter), I was terrified for her. However, despite the different people, the care, the information, treatment plans, everything remained the same. Every single time before they did something we talked about how it would affect my girl, potential side affects, cost, and alternatives. We ended up having to sedate her and I had to leave here there. Did I sit in the parking lot crying for a few minutes before realizing she was out cold and wouldn’t miss me? Absolutely. However, there was not a moment in the 48 hour process where I did not feel heard or where I didn’t feel like they put Lolli’s health and safety first. They even called to check on her today, knowing they’ve had several REAL emergencies in the meantime. Every single person in that office was so kind and patient, both with me and with my girl (because I was a giant ball of nerves as well). I cannot recommend this place enough! We will be forever patrons. If you are looking for a vet office that truly cares about you and your baby, this is the place for you!! ???“

“The vets and techs were caring and compassionate in evaluating and caring for my sick senior cat. Vet care at this practice is about the pet and not the dollar. I really appreciated the fact that they focused on diagnosing and finding the cause of my cat being sick versus what I have experienced at other veterinary practices in Peachtree City, where the tech present you with an iPad with a list of services and $$$$$$$ outrageous prices, then tell you to pick what you can afford or is necessary for your pet.“

“I was having a hard time finding a vet in my area that could take out the inserts from my European Doberman dogs ears. I was recommended to look into crossroads Animal Hospital, in which I made an appointment to talk with him about it. They were the only place that was willing to call the vet that did the ear cropping, which was a vet over two hours away, and inquire as to how to take the inserts out. Per Dr. Britt, it was an easy procedure to do and she was willing to do it for me. I Was not able to take my puppy to the vet that did the ear cropping hence while I was Looking for someone close by in my area.
