On Sunday March the 5th, my 15 year old lab mix had two seizures. she bounced back from both. On Monday the 6th, she had three before noon. This time she could not stand without falling. I knew the time had come so I called Southside. Got an appt for 4:00pm. Dr. Cole arrived and let me tell you what a blessing she is. She took all the time that we needed to say our goodbyes. Bella had always been my shadow and helped me when my husband died a year ago. Dr. Cole is so caring, compassionate and just a beautiful person. She made this awful time better by allowing us to be in our own environment instead of a clinic. If you live in her area and want a caring vet, give her a call. She will get my business when I get another friend, can't be without one.
A+++ service!!! It was time for me to make the difficult decision for my 17 year old cat. The vet was understanding , gentle and the process was smooth. My little guy didn't have to be stressed in his final moments with all the noise of a busy clinic. Thank you for allowing him to make the transition peacefully in the comfort of his home.
Dr. Cole is the absolute best when it comes to the care of our fur babies, even to the very end. She understood our sense of urgency when the time came for us to say our final goodbye's to our beloved Olivia. She was patient, answering all of our questions. Giving us a extra time with our baby. I highly recommend Dr. Cole! And when we get another fur baby, she will be the ONLY veterinarian that I will call!💜💜💜
