Lied about the car key I needed and claimed it needed special programming when really the car will program itself. They asked where I wanted the key cut and they didn't realize that I gave the address of the shop. Sounds like a service and not an actual shop.

I accidently locked myself out of the office, So i called this place in palmetto spoke with a lady that told me it would be no longer then 30 minutes. I had to wait outside in the hot sun for almost 2 hours. When the man gets here, he opened the door which literally took him 10 seconds to open and preceeded to tell me it would be $179.00. That is outrageous. We had all the locks changed and was given 4 sets of keys and was only charged around $90. First I have to wait 2 hours then you charge me $179.00 for 10 seconds worth of your time? I promise this company will never use this place again and i will make sure by word of mouth everyone here knows how this place will...read full review
