EVERYONE NEED TO READ THIS AND BE AWARE THE Technician must wash their hands, every nail file must be new with every customer the drill that little spin thing must be new if you see white stuff on it tell them to change it that cheese cutter must be Sterilized after every customer the thing they scrub ur feet with must be new DO NOT LET THEM REUSE NOTHING ON YOU AFTER THEY DONE USED IT ON ANOTHER CUSTOMER ALSO MAKE THEM CLEAN THE BOWL BEFORE YOU PUT YOUR FEET IN THEM AND WIPE THE CHAIR BEFORE YOU SIT DOWN BCUZ IVE WATCHED THEM JUST TAKE THE BLUE LINER OUT AND NOT WIPE NOTHING DOWN…DO NOT BE AFRAID TO SPEAK UP… bacteria Klingers bacteria transfer foot Fungus...read full review

I get off work at 7am I stayed up so I could be one of the first people at the shop. This is the second time I’ve been there before they open & they arrive late. After I set there for 15 mins after 10am. Mind you I was there at 9:50 so I’ve been sitting 25mins already, the guy that does pedicures pulls up I tell him I’m there for nails. He calls the guy & he tells me he won’t be there for another 40 mins 😡 I could have went to sleep.
