I am terrified on the dentist. My mom convinced me to try coming here and I’m so glad I did. Every single person was so kind and genuine and made me feel less afraid. It almost felt like I had been friends with the staff already! They have no idea how anxious I was before my appointment and how at ease they made me feel. I will never go anywhere else. I’m not afraid to go back again, and not even afraid to have my dental work completed as long as it’s at this location. I’m relieved to have found a place where it feels like patients matter as PEOPLE rather than just as numbers to get in and out of the door.
I just wanted to give a quick shoutout to everyone at Sweetwater Veterinary Hospital in Palmetto. My sweet girl couldn’t hold down a meal for several days after a wilding adventure and I was starting to panic. I went to Chatty first, because like most, I need somewhere that is going to be good for my baby but also kind to my wallet. I came across several posts that mentioned Sweetwater. Before arriving, I let them know that my girl was extra anxious; perfect, because of the vomiting she needed to come in the side door. Guys, from the moment we walked in (or really, the initial phone call), they were absolutely AMAZING! They were so patient with my oversized ball of anxiety, even recognizing that a different tech may be better at one point because Lolli couldn’t settle at all. Because of a few emergencies, we ended up seeing three different vets and multiple techs, which would usually be mildly concerning in general (continuity in plan of care, information sharing, financial decisions, etc) but for an anxious girl (seriously, she’s a nail biter), I was terrified for her. However, despite the different people, the care, the information, treatment plans, everything remained the same. Every single time before they did something we talked about how it would affect my girl, potential side affects, cost, and alternatives. We ended up having to sedate her and I had to leave here there. Did I sit in the parking lot crying for a few minutes before realizing she was out cold and wouldn’t miss me? Absolutely. However, there was not a moment in the 48 hour process where I did not feel heard or where I didn’t feel like they put Lolli’s health and safety first. They even called to check on her today, knowing they’ve had several REAL emergencies in the meantime. Every single person in that office was so kind and patient, both with me and with my girl (because I was a giant ball of nerves as well). I cannot recommend this place enough! We will be forever patrons. If you are looking for a vet office that truly cares about you and your baby, this is the place for you!! ???

I was very pleased with our experience for my daughter’s first birthday photo shoot! Loved the atmosphere at the spa at Serenbe so peaceful and beautifully designed. My massage was truly 5 stars! The highlight for me was relaxing in the steam room afterward. Such a perfect, restorative experience. I'll definitely be back.
My experience was wonderful! I had a complete bathroom remodel: floors, cabinets, shower, sinks, mirrors, fixtures replaced.They even replaced a total wall mirror with a door and partial wall! It looks beautiful! The designer assisted me every step of the way. They all were professional, arrived when they were supposed, and made suggestions. Hopefully, they will be remodeling my kitchen next year!!
Thanks to Mark and his hardworking crew for my new roof. He does great work in a timely fashion and isn't pushy with upgrades but made sure I was aware of the options. I took an upgrade and I'm glad. I'll be giving you a call again this year for more home improvements. 10/10.
