Every time we place a pickup order we wait 40+ min once we arrive. Twice this week they have cost us time which is money! The computer system said we weren't there when in fact we were checked in already both times. We had to exit our car and find the employee. There are ALWAYS empty cars parked in the pickup spaces. People park there and go in-store to shop because it's convenient. The signs say you will be towed if you do that but I've never seen anyone towed yet! In fact, one manager said they don't tow them because it is too costly and time-consuming for Walmart. I contend that once word got out that cars are being towed the in-store shoppers will stop parking there....read full review
