Had multiple insurance items done here and everything has gone smoothly. Would recommend over other places in the area. Always answer the phone and quick turnaround once parts are in.

We had such a great experience with Aaron and the team. They completed the repairs on our coach on time and when I began the process, Aaron said "it would look like new" when done. It certainly does!! One of the RV techs, Austin, went above and beyond the call of duty when we picked up our coach -- the epitome of first class service. On the second item, we originally took our coach to a Newmar Platinum service dealer near Philadelphia who diagnosed that we needed to replace the front door side slide motor. We waited for months to get the new motor ("supply chain issues"). When it finally arrived, we shipped it to Spartan to complete the repair and they were able to correctly diagnose the problem -- a faulty controller board. Their fix works perfectly and they returned the unneeded motor to Newmar (the manufacturer). If I could give 6 stars in this review, I would. Highly highly recommend!!
