We were at the NASCAR race in Charlotte and our slides would not retract. We got them manually retracted and headed home. We decided to try Apalachee RV and happy we did. Elaine took our information, worked with the warranty and kept us informed on status of the repairs. There were no surprises when we picked up the motorhome. All work was done as we were told. Overall a very good experience. Thanks!
James was at my rv in just over an hour after I called him. Very professional and did a great job replacing our kitchen faucet. I will use him for any future work that needs to be done on our motor home. I highly recommend him.
We were only staying in Georgia for 2 nights and our AC fan would not work. Called J Hope RV Services. He came out to our campsite within the hour. Fixed the AC and we still had the rest of the day to explore the area. He was very professional. I can honestly recommend J Hope RV Services.
