“I’ve been to several vets in the area. This vet practice is awesome (I’ve waited a year to truly “vet” them). My definition of a good vet- they don’t “push” stuff on you. They work with you and honor your wishes. The main vet here… she works her butt off. I appreciate and respect her so much.
I’ll add that many vets are run by “big business” (like big companies that buy homes and rent them, for example), which means they must follow certain rules, and encourage (push) certain medications and shots (much like the current human medical for-profit business model).“

“We have two beautiful dogs one rescue and the is other a breeder "runt". the dogs were great until we were hanging out at a park and an off leash Rottweiler charged us. Our dogs reacted and in the chaos they turned on each other. They were never the same since and had been relegated to either being muzzled every moment they were together or constantly separated. Even our vet said there was no hope, so we set up a system of baby gates and muzzles so we wouldn't have to choose between our puppies or worry about their safety. When we moved to GA I looked up local trainers hoping we could find a way to at least get the dogs better trained. Smith Farms/Our House not only agreed to train our dogs they gave us hope that something better was possible. They spent time building a relationship with our dogs and learning what behaviors were causing the underlying problem. After 3 weeks not only do we have well trained dogs but we are completely muzzle free! I can walk my dogs together side by side, I can ring the doorbell or pass strangers on the street. I can even put my dogs in a " lay down" position, drop the leashes and walk away from them!! Even better our trainer, Andy, didn't just train our dogs he worked with us and gave us the tools to continue training our dogs and building our relationship with them. Thank you so much! our life and our dogs could never imagine having this lif lifestyle and freedom back!“

“New client today - perfection cut on my senior cocker ! He has tons of warts (common for senior pups) and not one knick anywhere. He looks like a little puppy again. Communication was top notch - super kinda and caring to him. Even he seems proud. Not a super high end slick place visually but they are great - Jessica did an amazing job and Kristi was equally nice. And I consider myself picky picky !“
