A five star review isn't enough. TRL is AMAZING! Omer and Nave were phenomenal. My husband and I were lucky enough to get in on one of their new builds early on. We had say in design, finishes and all the little details that go into a home. Everyone warned us building can be very stressful and draining but we couldn't have enjoyed the process more. We worked closely with Omer throughout the project. He is truly a wonderful person. Extremely honest, hard working and goes the extra mile. We always felt in the loop and taken care of. I purchased two homes from this builder, and what stood out to me was their level of support both before and after the purchase.
Even though the homes were already built, they took the time to walk me through everything, answer questions, and make sure I was comfortable with the process. What really impressed me, though, was their responsiveness after closing. They were attentive and helpful with any follow-up items, which speaks volumes about how they stand behind their homes.
That kind of consistency is not something you always see, and it made both experiences very positive. I would absolutely work with them again.
I purchased a custom home from TRL and have had a great experience. They have always been available for any questions that I have had. They always come promptly when I have called about anything i needed help with no matter how minor the issue even replacing a smoke detector i could not reach. After move in I started on my unfinished basement with a different contractor trl was super helpful in that process aswell.
