    Dysfunction at its finest!
    I have been receiving infusions for my MS medication since diagnosis 8 yrs ago. Since COVID, I have been going to Soleo Health in Norcross. My problems began 2 weeks ago when I was informed by a Soleo employee that my medication wasn’t approved because I was over the age of 18! Had they looked at my date of birth, they would’ve realized my I’m 43. A few days later I received a call to reschedule my infusion while they worked on the insurance pre approval. I confirmed the date of 5/5. The night before I called to verify they had the medication. They confirmed they did and advised I would be receiving a call from the pharmacist. Last night I received the call. This morning I sat in an hour of traffic. I arrived at the faculty only to be told they hadn’t received the prior authorization, they would have to reschedule.
    Is this a joke? Why be in the business of treating patients if THIS is the way you treat? I’ve been in healthcare for 21 years. Never in my career did I ever treat a patient and disregard their time or their health like Soleo has done to me. This is a business I call the 3 D’s… DISGRACEFUL, DISRESPECTFUL DYSFUNCTIONAL

    Update: Horrific experience. Here I am overdue for my medications. Th al you Soleo Health for screwing me over!

    Thank you Soleo Health, for being incompetent and screwing my mother out of her MS medication! How do you make a patient drive to your facility only to be told to go back home, your appointment has been cancelled? This facility should be taken out of business, you are the WORST!

    My company and I work closely with Kari Kennepohl and Morgan Haywood at Soleo Health, and they are incredible! They truly care about their patients and making sure they receive the care they need and deserve. They will even personally go out to patients’ homes if something is needed and they ALWAYS follow-up on everything. They deliver care and work ethic that is hard to find anymore and I know their patients appreciate them as much as I do!

    Soleo has been great to work with me providing my meds during my treatments. They do an excellent job of inventory of my needs, providing meds timely, and following up.

    Im only dealing with this company because theyre the only in home infusion that Emory is affiliated with.

    So far, I am not satisfied. They are very unorganized. They will charge your insurance for waste that the nurse messed up on. For example, a nurse messed up on my infusion meds by mixing too much of one medication. She couldn't administer it to me. So they charged me for it. Which is illegal. They were lucky I met my deductible already or else I would have made a problem.

    Another reason why Im unsatisfied is that they never delivered my medication for Feb's infusion. Which resulted in me missing my appointment (Feb 4). I had to call their pharmacy. Which they said they will overnight the meds so I can get it the next day (Thursday). I never received it. Now Friday is coming up and I will be out of town. I had to call around like a chicken with its head cut off just to try and get my meds in time for Friday so I can get my infusion before leaving town.

    I was very lucky to have spoken to the night pharmacist (Phoung or Fung) who got the meds to me at 9:30PM! Asians will always get the work done. I applaud her.

    If you have other options for an in home infusion, I highly recommend choosing them over this company. Well, for right now while some incompetent people are still working here.

    So far, 6 phone calls in two days from different people within the organization asking the same exact questions — how did the infusion go? Any issues…? Need the results prior to sending the meds to home…however, meds had already arrived and they didn’t even know that they sent the meds!!! This company has little inside communication, with absolutely no coherent internal structure!!!!

    Soleo was wonderful but no longer gives the customer service they used too. I changed to CSI Infusion and they are much more responsive.

    Soleo health really took good care of me while I was doing my pick line antibiotics made sure I knew how to inject my solution and antibiotics correctly and Nurse

    I’ve had several different health care companies and many nurses, but my Soleo nurse Meredith A. is absolutely the best nurse I’ve ever had. She is kind & compassionate, caring and definitely a 5 star nurse. Meredith follows all of the precautions & procedures and helps the patient to be totally at ease with whichever procedure of your protocol that she is performing. I have never had the level of care that Meredith performs or shows. She has also caught issues with my regimen and has helped me get in touch with the right doctors. Meredith is definitely an exemplary role model for all Soleo nurses. I feel extremely blessed & lucky to have Meredith by my side and don’t know what I’d do without her.
