They are very efficient, the construction was very quiet, and everything was cleaned up very neatly after each day's work. Serge and his crew did a fantastic job and are very kind and polite and can paint even around furniture in the rooms. They prepped, repaired and completed jobs in a timely manner.
Part of the sidings around my chimney area were broken and trims were old. After their fixing and repainting, it looks new! There are super professional! Additionally, the price is the most reasonable one. I definitely will consider them first in my near future.
We hired SMS Painting on a recommendation from a friend for quality work after collecting 3 quotes. All quotes were similar, so pricing was very fair, but it was the communication level that decided it for me. He was also so flexible; after coming out and giving us an estimate, I discovered another repair area while cleaning up outside and I sent a picture over and it was included in my scope. I was informed along the way - even with dates we both had to swap out, and he checked in with me during the job. We hired SMS painting for exterior painting of our home, we had absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. They were always on time, polite and hard working. The communication was great . Above all, they don’t use subcontractors.
