This salon is very professional I love the services here. I got my hair done with box Braids I loved it I REALLY recommend coming here.

I woke up this morning and spontaneously decided to get my hair braided. When i entered the shop this morning, a woman laying down on the couch asked me what style did I want. After showing her a picture of the style, she asks me how much am I willing to pay for the style. I tell her $165 (because I've gotten the same style done for $165 before) She then says it's usually $200, We agree on $175. Then she tells me she could not do the style, because she had just cut her nails down???.. another women does the service instead. When she started the first braid I knew I wanted to leave. (I'm getting straight back braids - medium sized) Instead of her doing a single row of braids at my nape, she braided the braid all the way to the back of my neck, my parts are slanted, because of that my braids are laying on top of each other, there is hair sticking out of the braids, and the braid gel is caked up in my braids.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Sarah International Hair Braiding & Weave. The owner basically did nothing but watch TV and soap operas the whole time, and it felt like she wasn’t paying any attention to the work. In fact, the only person who seemed to know what they were doing was one of the employees, not the owner. The result was a total mess—like a bird’s nest on my head—and it felt like a complete waste of money. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Customer service is great but my ends are always kinda messed up which defeats the purpose of getting my hair done and my daughter's.

This is just a message to go higher and I would never attack a small business. Had an amazing experience at Sarah's International Braiding! From the moment I walked in, I felt super welcome. I called last minute and they squeezed me in - huge thanks for the flexibility! The braids turned out stunning, and the prices are unbeatable. I've seen some negative reviews, but I don't know what they're talking about - my experience was incredibly pleasant and the work was top-notch. The staff was kind and skilled, and I'm obsessed with my braids! Highly recommend checking them out - you won't be disappointed! Plus, they're open till 7 pm, perfect for after-work appointments. You have to go and check her out!
