I had an emergency toilet install and Jordan did an awesome job getting it done. He was very quick and took the old toilets out to the curb for me. When I had questions about the cost, the supervisor called and provided me with a detailed explanation and I was satisfied. I will use them again.
We had a problem with plumbing that leaked from an upstairs bathroom through the ceiling into the laundry room. It was a challenge finding anyone available, but Roto Rooter had a plumber here in less than two hours. Ang Ming the plumber stopped the leak and replaced the part that had failed. This still left us with repairs to floor, ceiling, and a wall. Their work on this part of the mitigation was timely. Wish I could say the same about the insurance company. When it came to paying the understandably substantial bill, Vanessa Rodriquez was quite a breath of fresh air.
Kency did an amazing job of replacing my water heater. He was professional and courteous. He was respectful of my home and time and kept me posted on the progress. He explained everything up front, and then when he as done he explained how everything works on the new water heater.
