We used Fairway Flooring (aka Peachwood) 4 years ago. We’ve had nothing but problems, from mis-measuring and needing more wood to incorrect installation. We’ve had them come and look at repairs soon after and one employee told us that “we could just touch them up on our own with a little stain.” We had creaking soon after installation and they came to backfill spots that weren’t properly leveled to begin with. Nobody came to check on their subcontractors’ work until we complained about it. In one area, the backfilling repair process did not work, so they sent their subcontractors out again and he did not know why he was there. Once we showed him the area, he ripped up boards and replaced them but left the adjacent ones damaged. We just gave up with them after that. We have damaged boards, uneven flooring, and do not trust them to repair properly. 2 stars is a generous rating due to their willingness to try to make it right.

The crew that came on our home was friendly, professional and did an outstanding job! Will recommend to all our friends and family with no hesitation. We had three bedrooms and closets done. They tore out existing carpeting and replaced with LVP to match the rest of our home and it matched perfectly!

When we renovated our home in 2020, we were in need of a flooring company to install hardwoods in some rooms, refinish in others, and install new runners on our stairs.When we called Peachwood, we found a company that not only checked all the boxes of our needs, provided guidance on ways to save money (what?!) on our flooring project, but also provided unparalleled customer service!They bent over backwards to provide us with a great product and experience.
