Lily had the place open early. I told her my back and legs were problem areas and asked to get my back walked on. She walked on my back and also used her elbows and knees for the massage. Good massage. Nice older lady. She kept checking that I was OK when pressing hard. Back feels better and the circulation in my legs is much improved.
While the massage itself was good, my husband and I were disappointed in the customer service. When we paid our bill, we tipped between 15 and 20% (not an atypical tip). The owner or front manager who also massaged one of us (I believe her name is "Ana") frowned and insisted several times that we tip more, saying that was not enough! She was very persistent about it, which is quite embarrassing for your company. We ended up giving more because we felt bad, which left a really bad taste in our mouths.
