1st visit: Mona threaded my brows and did my Brazilian. Everything came out literally perfect. She kept asking me to check her work and made sure I was happy.2nd visit: Reshma waxed my face with hard wax (a MUST) and threaded my brows. She kept making sure I wasn’t in too much pain.They are both very nice, patient, and detailed.
We had a little miscommunication in appointment today. I have been coming here every 3 weeks. Reshma called to straighten out the issue with 100 percent satisfaction. No company is perect, but I believe in celebrating businesses when they make things right! Thanks Reshma!
Reshma is very sweet and made me feel comfortable my entire service. I got an underarm wax and full arms wax and she was very thorough when getting the hairs. I will definitely be returning soon.
