They haven't done any work for me (yet). I paid them $150 for a quote and we scheduled the work. I have to pay something like half of the job up front. It was a little over $1k. They gave me all of the details about what was included and their non-negotiables. I ended up selling the house and requesting the money back, less the deposit. After checking their books, they returned the money without question or hesitation. No work done but the interaction shows integrity. That has deep meaning to me in a business where integrity is hard to find and very important. If I have work done on a future home, MMI would definitely be a top choice for me.
I want to give a shoot out to our tech Christian. He did a fabulous job determining what our issues were with our dryer venting. He replaced the roof vent while cleaning the pipes. He was thorough, professional and polite. He gave me 100% confidence the job was being done correctly. Great job!!!

Our 6000 s.f. , three story house had toxic a/c vents due to old animal nests (pieces of insulation), animal feces and mold. We are grateful that MMI identified the problem. Within two days, MMI was on the job and rushed to get started due to the lung disease I acquired from living in this toxic environment.
The common thread running through this entire job was professionalism, talented workers who were respectful , pleasant, pride of workmanship …and showed up on time consistently.
