Hi there! I just wanted to offer some positive feedback. Ive been going to Missys since I moved to Atlanta 6 years ago. Im not paid or gifted or anything to give this review.
I’ve purchased several, several items from Missys (bundles, several wigs of all colors, clip ins etc.) and the quality has always been excellent, and the price has always been affordable.
I’ve attached pictures of my most recent wig (November 2025) and clip ins (February 2026) that Ive installed. I dyed the clip ins jet black.
All weave extension hair sheds. All weave extension hair as well as the hair growing from your scalp requires extra maintenance when it is colored- especially when it is bleached, which dramatically dries and damages any hair.

This has been the worst experience! Purchased a wig on January 15th. Today is January 30th. Still no hair not even a tracking number! Reached out on January 26th. was told it was going to ship the next day. Reached out again January 29th. And was told a fraud alert was activated and the hair can't be sent unless I make another payment with a card that matches the shipping address!!! Why when Ive already purchased the hair!!!!! I have a event NEXT WEEK! Without a refund I spent money AGAIN!!!! Still no REFUND reached out to the bank and it has not been processed! And again no TRACKING!!!! I try my best to support black businesses, but its so HARD! CAN I GET MY REFUND AND GOODS PLEASE?

I ordered a 99j for Christmas go to the salon today to get it put on and my hairstylist was like this is not 99j. I Call the lady to basically tell her that the wig is not the color that I ordered. She more worried about me wanting a refund instead of apologizing, so she lost the long time customer.nasty attitude and false advertising

Ordered a wig on the 7th lady assured me it was in stock and I would receive it before the 30th . 4 day’s before the 30th they said wig was not in stock and I wouldn’t receive it. Poor customer service. Let’s start spending our money where we matter

Please call before you go to the store the store is close…On Their Instagrams they are promoting the U-Part wigs I drove 1 hour in Atlanta traffic to get to the store and they was close so I called the number for the lady to tell me they don’t have any U-Part wigs in stock smh 🤦🏾♀️…This company is A hot mess and all over the places with false advertisement and the location is close…they will never receive any business from me…

Be aware before purchasing anything from this company. They say they have all these hair and wigs in stock and then give out bogus excuses and expect someone to wait over a month for your hair

I drove on the way from the southside of Atlanta to get a deep wave wig. The store was an hour and 15 minutes away with the Atlanta traffic I called before I came. A man told me that they had a deep way wig in stock I get there there’s no bundles that’s not what I expected. I usually always go to the messy hair boutique store in Clearwater and I’m always satisfied. I do not recommend going to the messy hair boutique store in Atlanta Georgia. You will leave disappointed

Awful quality hair! I purchased the Bossy Brazilian Body Wave hair, and it was a mess from day one. The hair could not be colored or washed properly, and it started shedding and matting as soon as it was installed. By the time four weeks had passed, it looked like a bird's nest, and I discarded it. This hair is a total waste of money, and I would not advise anyone to purchase it. Don't be swayed by the hype – these individuals are complete frauds who sell substandard products. Don't waste your money and purchase from another vendor.
