MHC Kenworth is a nationwide network of heavy and medium duty truck dealerships with over 120 locations across 19 states. The dealerships offer a full range of services including sales, leasing, parts, service, body shop, financing, and transport refrigeration. Many customers praise the shops for their professionalism, cleanliness, and fast service, especially highlighting managers and mechanics like Matt Roberson and Jacob, who are seen as knowledgeable, honest, and helpful. One customer shared a positive experience of being helped quickly after a breakdown near Atlanta, noting the staff went above and beyond to get them back on the road. However, not all reviews are positive; one customer expressed dissatisfaction with the service, citing high costs, unnecessary repairs, and aggressive billing practices, warning others to be cautious. Overall, MHC Kenworth is recognized for reliable, efficient service and helpful staff, though some customers advise caution due to past negative experiences. The company’s extensive network makes it a convenient choice for trucking needs nationwide.
Hands down THE BEST service department in GA! Treagen and the service manager Chris are always helpful and working to get these trucks out! Down time at this shop is nonexistent! Excellent service, effective communication, all around a top notch team!
Huge shoutout to Chris and the team at MHC Kenworth - Norcross for their outstanding customer service! From the moment we called while dealing with a truck breakdown, Chris assured us we would be taken care of — and he truly meant it.
Once we arrived, he immediately had a tech check the truck, kept us updated throughout the repair process, and went above and beyond by personally delivering luggage a driver accidentally left behind at the shop.
Truck repairs can be stressful, but Chris and the entire MHC team made the experience so much more bearable with their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care for drivers. We sincerely appreciate the excellent service!
