I had a wonderful experience working with Renata at LA Fitness. She was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. She took the time to show me around the gym, explain the membership options and benefits clearly, and answer all of my questions without ever making me feel pressured.
I had already visited another LA Fitness location and had not felt completely comfortable moving forward with a membership, so I decided to visit a different location and speak with someone else. I’m so glad I did. Renata’s attitude, patience, and genuine willingness to help made all the difference and gave me confidence in my decision.
Been in this gym for a while. I've seen the ups and downs but they're improving between active pest control and attentive staff tending members needs. Adding more staff. Please continue improving.

This is one of the best LA Fitness locations because the lead janitor Marisol did such great job for keeping this location so clean all the time. The Operation Manager Lauren does a great job for running this club. The staff are always nice and greeting when you walk in. I want to express my great appreciation for the manager and staff in this location. Great Job!
