Yesterday I went to Gangnam Sauna. I haven't been in a while. I really enjoyed it. It's smaller and more intimate than Jeju and the menu is much smaller and features only spicy Korean food, so if you don't care for spicy Korean food, eat before you come. I would not mind if they served more soft drinks, beer, and a fe American or hispanic items as a good percentage of their clientele is Hispanic. I got a 60 minute body scrub which turned out to be about the right amount of time and he was very good and really put the pressure on my (flab). It's very relaxing and was $30 for admission, $100 for the scrub and $20 tip. I need to go more often! Highly recommended...read full review
It was a quiet Thursday afternoon and most of the people in attendance were just relaxing. Had a great scrub and massage with Micki. She checks in and makes sure to scrub right and not too fast or too hard. Check it out! Gotta ask for Micki tho. She’s great with detail. Cost is average with other places.
I had such a great experience at this Korean spa, especially thanks to Micky! Her customer service was incredible—she was so kind, attentive, and made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish. The body scrub itself was AMAZING… I swear 10 years of skin came off and I left feeling brand new. I went on a weekday, which was perfect because it wasn’t crowded at all, making the whole experience even more relaxing. Highly recommend asking for Micky if you go!
