Was 10:30pm last night when I looked at my ceiling fan and saw the dreaded water stain. I was absolutely terrified what damages all this rain the last 2 weeks have caused. Thankfully Hugo responded immediately to my Thumbtack message last night, and he was here bright and early at 8am today. He swiftly identified the issue was my poorly installed bathroom fan, and he was able to properly repair the situation. I greatly appreciate the turn around and having it all fixed up within the hour. His business card is added to my collection of trusted house repair companies.
We have been going through a bit of a challenging time, as our roof sustained some pretty significant shingle damage during the last storm, and to add to the chaos, we even had some rather unwelcome squirrel tenants moving in! As you can imagine, with such obvious damage, we were constantly being approached by various roofing companies daily.
My husband and I just want to take a moment to express our sincere gratitude to G&O Roofing (Hugo) for their amazing work and for making what could have been a very stressful situation completely seamless. They left our property absolutely spotless, exactly as they found it.
We operate an Airbnb so when we needed to schedule our roof replacement, we reached out to Hugo. Hugo worked with our schedule and his team showed up before first light on the day we planned. They worked until dark to finish our job in time to accommodate our guests arrival. Not to mention, a great job. Would highly recommend
