Stay as far away from this shady company as you can. We signed a Roadside Assistance contract with them to cover our fleet of company vehicles. Their response, if they ever respond, has been in the 2.5-4 hours. Be aware - they are just a broker who tries to find a tow truck, and negotiate rock bottom rates with the tow truck company, if/when you call for help. Shame on you Encore Protection. Shame on you.
