Tried to contact this company with a simple question. They installed flooring in a new townhome community in Alpharetta in 2018. A top layer of the wood, or LVP, flooring peeled up from the middle of the plank. All we needed to know was the type of flooring used so we could get it repaired/replaced. First call the receptionist transferred me to warranty dept. Left a message there and after 2 weeks did not receive a return call. When I called again they again transferred me to the same dept. Elite Flooring has been a vendor partner for floor repairs and installation for Highland Walk and we feel they are deserving of a review that reflects the positive experience we have had with them for MANY years. The management team receives nothing but friendliness and professionalism from the customer service team when placing orders.
