Christian with CGS was probably the most impressive inspector I've met in many years.

I received several quotes concerning my crawlspace and drainage issues. Joel provided a reasonable and practical solution. CGS pricing was less than the other companies. The work I received was excellent! I highly recommend CGS.
The gentlemen who did our encapsulation and drainage project were super friendly, professional, and worked extremely hard to get everything done in a day and a half. Our crawl space looks amazing and clean, and even the acoustics have changed, which tells me they did a fantastic job sealing it all up. Luis was a great project manager, and I would definitely recommend these guys in a heartbeat! Thank you:)
