Run!! I was sold an all inclusive job of roof replacement, facia and skirting. I need this done to close the sale on my home. The roof and facia was done on Feb. 25th. My realtor called me the next time she showed the home to tell me there was damage to the ceiling. Of course, Best Choice has explained that it was not their responsibility. It must be the foundation issues, or the drywall was installed poorly. I let them know the foundation had passed an FHA inspection and the drywall work had been done 7 years prior. Still nothing their issue!! I skirting has still NOT been done. I was told it would be done the same day. Then I was told the following Wednesday. Since then I have been told everyday that I would be given an update the next day. Apparently, the next day has not arrived. My closing is contingent on the work being done. Again, if you are considering using Best Choice Roofing run as fast as you can. They do NOT honor their contract.

Ron has a great personality, he drove an hour to our home to assist and help after a tree fell from a storm on our home! When a man shows up and you can see the light in his heart, he was definitely God sent and willing to help in any area. I pray overflow for this business!!! Started off decent and that’s why it’s not 1*. Explained my situation on how mom passed and we finally had finished everything court related but State Farm dropped my policy but I was still within statute of limitations. Work keeps me on the road and stayed in contact. Later learned many were new to company and some left but I primarily spoke with drake. Asked for copies of time frames for insurance commissioner to show contact had been attempted but State Farm played it off until statute of limitations went by. Later saw nothing was done til after that. The contract I signed and questioned being assured it wasn’t like that just a sheet I have to sign for legal reasons and them to work on it was a lie. Got mad when I said I’d be leaving my experience and bad review “over the hard work” done but was done after wards then offered to let me handle it financed or out of pocket. Wish id of went with another option that was up and ready but that’s hindsight. Decent quality of atmosphere. Can’t judge on anything else.
