I would not recommend working with this company. I scheduled a small drainage project with them in August of 2022. They said it would take 2-4 weeks for them to begin the project. They never followed up with me. I called them after 2 months and they said they hadn't forgotten about us but were backed up (they should have let me know). I called again last week, and they said materials would be dropped off in a few days and the project would begin the following week. Still, nothing has happened and it's been almost 3 months. We have worked with Atlanta Turf and Tree on several jobs, including installing sod and plants and paved walkways and adjusting our irrigation system. We have had a great experience. One part of their service that stands out is that they aimed to understand our objectives, and were able to present options to achieve what we wanted. In the planning phase, they were clear about the size of the plants and visited the nursery several times to send us pictures and pricing. I really appreciated their communication and follow through. We've now used Atlanta Turf and Tree for over a year and the team does an extraordinary work.They are very responsive and cordial. They go above and beyond and most important, they listen to every single request I have! The team approach to our property has taken our lawn and garden to the next level.
