We have been loyal customers of Arctic Blast for about 6 years and called them to replace our heating and air system at our new house. Both were still working, but needed to be replaced. Clay and David gave us several options for the job and told us about financing. They are both very knowledgeable and left the place clean when the job was done. They checked in with me on the status of the job and before they had to run out to get parts/took a break for lunch. Overall, we are very happy and would highly recommend!
everything was quick and efficient from scheduling the appointment to Richard coming out for the maintenance of my heater. Richard called when he was on his way and arrived during the window given. He was respectful and introduced himself. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. As a first time customer Richard also made me aware of their financing and maintenance options but was not pushy with it. Will definitely be looking into it and will be using them in our new house. Thank you!
Techncian arrived at the scheduled slot, identified the issue with the furnace control board, replaced it, and verified funciton. Total visit ran about 50 minutes. Invoice matched the quote. No upsell attempts. Communication was clear enogh. Overall service met stated scope and timeline. Cost seemed reasanable.
