The best experience I've had with my ophthalmologist todate was Dr Patel who is at Newnan clinic and all of his assistance and front office people was the best I've been to at least six different ophthalmologist and Thompson eye group
I agree is number one no second place that I can think of I will tell a friend of the experience that I've experienced and would refer them to Newnan clinic.
I had my first visit with Thomas Eye Group on July 1, 2026, it was a very pleasant experience to say the least. Heather greeted me upon my arrival, she was very polite, professional and proficient. I was experiencing issues with the patient portal after scheduling my appointment. Therefore, I left a voicemail with scheduling and Heather called me back the same day to inform me that she could walk me through the process. She assisted during my visit with accessing the portal.
The young Indian woman (Madina?) who conducted my intake screening prior to seeing Dr. Patel, was equally polite, professional and proficient.

I can't say enough about how happy I am with the result of my cataract surgery. Hard to believe No wonder I couldn't see my golf ball. Dr Patel and the surgical staff are fantastic, and Dr Saracini and the folks at the Newnan office are just wonderful to work with. Very happy camper!!!
