I came here not knowing what to expect, never been in here and they were nice and cordial helped me with getting my insurance information and the test only lasted about 20 and then I was picking what frames I like ,very quick and efficient.
The staff was extremely helpful. I needed some new frames and an exam because I haven’t had one in about 1.5 years. The process from start to finish was very smooth. I walked in and Sandra greeted me and I told her I needed an exam and she directed me to the back where Kyra helped me with my paperwork and exam. Once I was done with their hybrid exam I went and chose frames. Michael was very informative and helpful about the types of frames and promotions they were having because I was worried about price. Really like the eye exam have not had a hybrid one before. The sales representative was great took the time with me and explained everything about what is going on with my eyes. Would recommend anyone that has eye exam to come here in Newnan.
