So I come in, says 12 minutes, great. It gets down to 1 minute then I’m on deck. Someone walks in, jumps in front and I jump up to 25 minutes. Her excuse? He requested her. Is that seriously how it goes here? Big L to Raji. That wasn’t right!

After waiting for an hour & 1/2 to get a haircut while they were calling customers that arrived after I did, they kept telling me that I would be next and the board was showing me on deck which I wasn't, I will never revisit this Sports Clips again. I don't do business with a business that rather waste my time and I refuse to spend my money where I'm not valued.

Fantastic experience. Checked in online and got right in. Christina met me at the door and got me immediately into a chair. I am VERY particular about my hair and who touches it so going in on a whim was already out of my norm. Christina did an amazing job and I will absolutely be returning as a regular. Thank you for everything Christina!
