My apartment flooded and I was unable to get in touch with the on-site maintenance, so instead we had the ServiceMaster guys come out. They were very friendly and concerned with getting my daughters’ room cleaned up. They explained why the room leaked and were very thorough in explaining what they were doing to fix the mess.
