another AMAZING experience with this company. John & Omar brightened my day with not only their professionalism but them being personable. John broke down in simple terms what was going on at my home and ensured I understood what was occurring. He provided a solution to help me and I felt like they both were truly trying to help me. Omar was very respectful and polite. He seemed very eager to learn and provide exceptional service! Absolutely love this company and plan on continuing to do business with them!

We had them out to help get a ac system back up and running. The workers had no problem explaining what they needed to do. No hard sell for an upgrade. They didn’t have the best environment to work , didn’t phase them at all. They have a permanent customer base. Highly recommend these workers and the company!!

AC quit blowing. Started with another local company that failed to follow up to complete the repair after numerous calls to the office with no return call for an update over a 2 week period when they kept telling me someone would contact me. Got tired of the delays/lack of follow-up. Called Scott Walker HVAC and asked them to check on the availability of the replacement part the original company quoted. Turns out it was an incorrect part, so setup a service call with Scott Walker. Tom came out and diagnosed the problem the Tuesday after Memorial Day, ordered the correct part, received it and came back out on Friday to install and test everything.
