I want to give a massive shout-out to Truc (5295) from Rooter! We had a stressful leak dripping from the top floor down to the bottom floor, and Truc came out at a very late hour to help us. He did an absolutely marvelous and excellent job—the leak has completely stopped! He’s even following up with us this Saturday at 2 PM to make sure everything stays perfect. Thank you, Truc, for your incredible work and for rescuing our house so late at night!
The bubbling in the toilet started. I said “not again!” I had just dealt with this problem two years ago and RotoRooter saved the day back then. So I scrambled through old papers in my desk drawer looking for the invoice from their last service two years prior. Because of the excellent service I received then, they were the only people I was going to call again. I called the office. I was immediately scheduled with a technician- Truc. Fortunately, he was near my address so within 30 minutes he was at my house and my problem was addressed. Truc was awesome!
