Great customer service! We discovered a pipe leak overnight and had to shut off the water to our entire house. When I called first thing in the morning, they were able to send someone out immediately to assess the situation.
It ended up being a large repair that took most of the day, but they worked hard to get everything completed so we wouldn’t have to go without water any longer than necessary. Justin was amazing throughout the process. He was professional, kind, informative, and took the time to explain everything clearly.
We’re very grateful for the quick response and excellent service. I highly recommend them!
We have been homeowners for 40 years, owned many homes and used many plumbers. HIS Plumber is, by far, the most professional, thorough and capable plumbing company we have ever encountered! All employees are so kind, responsive, thorough and personable. I especially want to recognize Angie and Amanda in the home office who were a pleasure to work with. David Joseph, the owner, gave us total confidence from the beginning that the work would be done right, on time and to our satisfaction. His Plumber was very prompt in getting our plumbing issue resolved. They arrived onsite ahead of schedule and were able to resolve the problem quickly. The two technicians were very courteous and friendly.
