We had Gibby's come out a few weeks ago and replace the 25+ year old duct work that had apparently been installed by the previous home owner and not a professional. Matthew, the owner, came out to the house and gave us an estimate to replace it. 2 days later, we had all new duct work installed in a matter of just a few hours. Tyler and Taylor were very professional and worked the entire time. They only stopped for lunch. A week ago I contacted Gibby's again for a service call and a possible replacement cost of a new 3 ton system. Matthew, came out himself again. I was outside by the old unit chatting with him.
