I have been using them for about 3+/- years.Their service has always been friendly and were very good at treating my dog that had end stage life issues. Only wish they would have openings for an established client that has an urgent issue. The standard answer to go somewhere else... where they don't know your pet.
First visit for my girl who was suffering from allergies and a severe ear infection. Upon entering, 3 ladies were at the front desk, 1 was friendly and the others were distant. Anyhow, I was checked in right away (2pm). First, I explained to the vet technician, that this was my dog first visit, and that her anxiety level and pain is high right now. The VT thought it was ok to stick a q-tip in her ear with a muzzle on. This upset my dog so much that she almost came out of the muzzle. Now, treatment couldn't be done without sedation. Absolutely awful service. The front desk staff is disorganized and unfriendly. We scheduled an appointment for an exam for our dog. My son who works a midnight shift, got up early to make the appointment. The staff at the front desk told my son that I called at 5pm the day prior and canceled the appointment. The call log in my phone indicated I made one phone call at 4:16pm which was to make the appointment. The staff told me the exam fee would be non-refundable and asked if I was certain I wanted to make the appointment. I confirmed. My son was on time for the appointment and was turned away.
