I have been using them for about 3+/- years.Their service has always been friendly and were very good at treating my dog that had end stage life issues. Only wish they would have openings for an established client that has an urgent issue. The standard answer to go somewhere else... where they don't know your pet.

First visit for my girl who was suffering from allergies and a severe ear infection. Upon entering, 3 ladies were at the front desk, 1 was friendly and the others were distant. Anyhow, I was checked in right away (2pm). First, I explained to the vet technician, that this was my dog first visit, and that her anxiety level and pain is high right now. The VT thought it was ok to stick a q-tip in her ear with a muzzle on. This upset my dog so much that she almost came out of the muzzle. Now, treatment couldn't be done without sedation. After this dilemma, Dr. Samiria Hayes came in to access the situation. She wasn't able to give treatment either, even after I calmed my dog down. Tension was too high. So an alternative treatment was suggested for me to do. Even though I wasn't satisfied with the recommendation, I was ok with the detail directions on how to proceed for care. Dr. Hayes was very patient and thorough throughout our visit, but appeared to be very nervous around my dog. After checking out, I was not happy with the cost of the bill. Especially, since I have to do all the work. Hopefully, my girl feels better soon!

Absolutely awful service. The front desk staff is disorganized and unfriendly. We scheduled an appointment for an exam for our dog. My son who works a midnight shift, got up early to make the appointment. The staff at the front desk told my son that I called at 5pm the day prior and canceled the appointment. The call log in my phone indicated I made one phone call at 4:16pm which was to make the appointment. The staff told me the exam fee would be non-refundable and asked if I was certain I wanted to make the appointment. I confirmed. My son was on time for the appointment and was turned away. I pulled up my credit card account and noticed a refund posted shortly after I made the appointment. I spoke with the front desk staff to ask why my appointment was canceled and she hung up on me. Very disappointed at how we were treated and the waste of time.

We have several pets and have been clients for about four years. There were a few minor issues, but overall we were pleased--until this past week. I noticed that one of our dogs had a cough and was breathing a little harder than normal so I called, described his symptoms, and went to pick-up some medicine for him. I will always blame myself for not realizing that this was potentially dangerous and not asking them to do more. But I do think that a vet should know that a breathing issue could be serious and perhaps suggest that the animal needs to be examined and have chest x-rays to determine what the problem is. If the vet had seemed concerned, I would have brought him in at once. But worst of all was their attitude the next day. Our dog started to decline very quickly and I immediately called them back, to tell them that he was gasping for air and needed help. They just said "Sorry, we're all booked today. You'll have to take him somewhere else." The nearest emergency vet is almost an hour away so my husband and I frantically called other local vets. Luckily the first one my husband tried (Dogwood Veterinary) told us to bring our dog in at once. We rushed him over and they rushed him inside, but tragically he died shortly thereafter, from pneumonia. While I blame myself, I also think that Coweta Animal Hospital should have been more proactive. But the flippant, 'too bad so sad' attitude when we were having a life and death emergency was completely devastating. They couldn't re-schedule an appointment that was less critical? I would fully understand if I had an appointment, but it wasn't critical and someone else's pet was in an emergency situation, that my appointment might need to be postponed. I had always believed that they cared for my pets and about their well-being, but now I don't. I will never take any of mine there again.

My dog was having an allergic reaction and though this is his usual vet, they refused to see him. He was coughing and clearly his breathing was impacted by the reaction. They told me I should go to the pet emergency room in Fayetteville..... with a dog who is having trouble breathing.... If I had listened to them, we likely would not have made it to that clinic and my sweet pup may not be here today. Definitely changing vets after this interaction. I did see another vet in the area and they got him in immediately.
