Just had a new 3 ton Carrier air conditioner installed today. The installation team of Jeremy, Jacob and Hayden were very nice, polite and helpful. They were on time and were very respectful during the time they were here. Couldn't have asked for the install to go any better. Great company to do business with.
Francisco did a wonderful job at fixing our AC! I couldn't have asked for a better, more competent and knowledgeable technician! He was, quick, and identified the problem immediately after I told him the symptoms, and replaced the part for me. From me making the call to them, them coming, to payment, it only took an hour. My wife and I really enjoyed the service (HV/AC installation) they provided to our home. They (Jeremy & Jacob) go above and beyond to make sure their job is completed, and we are satisfied. Jeremy and Jacob are down to earth guys, professional, explain what work they are doing or if they might run into a problem which they didn't. We are 100% satisfied, even with the salesman was very supportive and the staff is friendly. We were referral by two set of family friends and we 100% referral them to anyone we talk with.
