Shea Locs University (S'lake) stylist, Dasia, was absolutely wonderful. After I was pleasantly welcomed at the desk, she asked a few questions as she got to know my hair and expectations. I got a thorough cleaning,thoughtful style & daily moisturizer for less than a basic style in the salon. This well-trained, talent is ready for the floor.

I have been to 2 locations and the University, every visit has been great! I love that Ms Vernise is not only the owner, she is the instructor, and is hands on at her locations. The students and loctitians are friendly, informative, and do an amazing job! I've had the pleasure of being serviced by SiSi, Key, and Alexis, each visit was enjoyable! I have learned so much more about caring for my locs since going to Shea Locs than I have from any other loctitian I've been to. My only regret is that I didn't start my loc journey with them from the start!

I’ve always done my own locs for 12 years. I was in search of a place that would give me the same care as I gave myself! They did that and more. The detox was amazing. I had ropes done. I loved them and the end of staying in for a month.
