They have gotten very bad new man is ver unprofessional made appointment for ann the day before it took 4 times to call got hung up and when i got there at 9:49 am she was not.made aware of appointment at all i drove 40 min yo come he been coming here for years abd have brought other coustomers to be treated like this is unexceptable these people are very racist nasty and unprofessinal u will never come here
I went to get my eyebrows & lip waxed. When I came home I had to pluck what she left on brow & lip!!! Didn't look like any of brow was done. Time before dripped wax on my shirt. Wouldn't come out.
