JenCare Senior Medical Center provides excellent patient care and customer service to Medicare-eligible seniors. The staff greets patients with a smile and a warm welcome, making them feel cared for. The medical team demonstrates great knowledge and expertise, addressing every issue and following up with referrals. They take the time to understand patients' needs and adjust their medication accordingly, providing superior healthcare to seniors. Patients appreciate the genuine empathy and concern shown by Dr. Rafique, who communicates clearly and makes them feel comfortable during appointments. The atmosphere is relaxing and calming, with friendly and professional staff that help seniors feel at ease. Since this is a senior care center, the dignity of conversations and good manners contribute to a peaceful experience, making it a trustworthy place for healthcare.
I use to wrk here,sadly. Although I believe in jencare& its vision& mission.I doNOT believe in morrow .its nothing but disorganization,& ratchettness,they allowed ppl to come to work&do what they wanted. management was/is trash. the last "manager" that was there walked around like she knew it all& took herself too serious& I had to come to work& b fake w her just to get through the day w/ her .Luther ws/is a pervert. I will miss the pts& a ton of ppl in there I just got along w/ just bc I had to,not bc I wantedto. they hire ANYONE( ghetto blk females)& I'm blessed that I elevated myself into an actual career 2 days after my last day there ,instead of settling .again, I believe in jencare but morrow is ghetto trash.. unfortunately I think my mom is thinking of joining .I wanted her to go to the Riverdale location but morrow is closer to her& she doesnt drive.. Morrow needs actual leadership not a bunch of idiots in the role of leaders they have ERRONEOUS ppl in leadershipRoles there...its embarrassing
I am a new patient. I was treated with the utmost care. I am so pleased with the care they offered! They made me feel like a family member! I can't wait for my next appointment!!
