EXCELLENT SERVICE!! Met Mr. Paul in the Geek Squad area. He was professional and energetic. Appreciate this type service after many visits with less than stellar service. My check in was quick and thorough. The young lady was very friendly in checking me in and making suggestions to aid my sick laptop. Thank you Southlake Best Buy.
