My service was excellent as ALWAYS. I have had one of my most precious possessions, my eyes,taken care of here for at least 5 years They are both friendly and professional.

This place is terrible - when I had my initial appointment the woman told me I would have to pay over $100 because the type of appointment I had wasn't covered by my insurance. Mind you, when I booked the appointment and when I received an appointment reminder call I was told this was covered. Otherwise I wouldn't have shown up to my appointment so baffled that it wasn't covered. I requested time from work to do this so a simple sorry wasn't helping. I got a call back the day after and said it was a mistake; while my contact fitting appointment wasn't covered, my prescription glasses were. I was told I would be paying $50 out of pocket. This is the worst place for eye care. I lost a contact lens and called for a replacement lens. I was told I needed a fitting. I called for an appointment, then I was told I did not need a fitting. Later they called and said I needed a fitting so I made an appointment for the Friday before Thanksgiving. While at the clinic, I was informed I did not need a fitting and the lens would be ordered. Four weeks later, I called to see what the holdup was. Then they said I had to come in for a fitting. Why did they lie to me when I went for a fitting. That is no way to treat a patient. Please consider another eye care professionel before contacting this place.
