I haven’t been to the eye doctor since BC-before COVID. Dr Strait has terrible bedside manner. He failed to introduce himself and to discuss what he was going to do. He was disrespectful of my wishes not to get dilated. He is condescending and unprofessional. I was tempted to ask for another doctor to see me during my session. My meeting with him will make me rethink returning to Clayton Eye Center. They need to reimburse me my copay. I don’t recommend using this doctor.

This office came recommended for Dr. Neu. The appointment was called in requesting Dr. Neu however Dr. Strait was who eventually came in the room. I say eventually because I was trapped there for 2.5 hours - without eye dialation!! He seemed very unconcerned for the amount of time this appointment took out of my day. His staff was snarky about it when I asked about the wait. This will NOT be a repeat.
