Mr. Gregory is simply the best! He was so thorough and informative. I learned so much about my new house from watching him perform his inspection. He was able to point out flaws that would’ve caused me to back out of the purchase or cost tens of thousands in repair costs. He was even willing to accompany me during the final walkthrough to ensure the items had been repaired properly. I am extremely grateful for his expertise. He took his time to properly inspect my home and educate me on his findings. He never got annoyed or impatient with me asking questions either. His report was in-depth and easy to understand as well. I found Mr. Oscar thru NACA's recommended list. He was very quick with responding to my email. He met me at the home within 48hrs for the inspection. He was very thorough, professional and courteous. Because of his firefighter skills he provided feedback on where to position the carbon monoxide and smoke detector. He was able to point out a leak that the seller did fix before closing and other few things. Thank you Oscar!!!

Mr. Gregory came to inspect a home for me at last minute. I was needing a last minute inspection and he made it happen. He was very knowledgeable and professional.
